The message of Jesus was all about life.  John opens his book with the word, “In Him (Jesus) was life and that life was the light of men.”  Even Jesus Himself proclaimed why He had come to earth, “…that they (you and me) might have life…more abundantly.”

In a time when marketing and manipulation are often mistaken for ministry, The LifeGate is a breath of fresh air on both sides of Lake Pontchartrain.  It is a ministry of life.

With its mission of “Building Christ Into Every Life”, The LifeGate is founded on the sure foundation of the Word that fosters growth, encourages service, and speaks blessing into every life.

The LifeGate North, established in March 2008, has a beautiful new home in Mandeville that is getting stronger and more established each week.  The North service meets each Sunday at 9:00 am.

The LifeGate South, in Metairie, is an energetic, active group working to obtain their own permanent facilities.  They presently meet in the Clearview Room at the Clearview Shopping Center at 11:30 am on Sundays.
